Blackberry-Ginger Balsamic

Blackberry-Ginger Balsamic is wonderfully sweet and pleasingly tart.  It’s redolent with the exotic, spicy flavor of ginger artfully married with rich, ripe juicy blackberry. It makes a fantastic dressing or marinade, use on chicken, fish, over fruit salad, or oatmeal.  It is divine paired with our Persian Lime Olive Oil, Lemon Olive Oil, or any one of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils.  4% acidity.
